SEO tools track where you rank on a results page. Peakmark tracks whether AI assistants name and recommend your brand inside their answers — a different surface with different rules. In Ahrefs’ 2025 study of 15,000 queries, only 12% of the links cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot appeared in Google’s top 10 results for the same prompt, so ranking well tells you little about AI visibility. The two complement each other; only one is in your current reports.
